Edible Cups
These edible ‘glasses’ made from agar seem like quite a good idea, but I’m not sure I could buy them from a company that also makes little things for ladies to collect and store their menstrual fluids…

The Future
Penllawen says (10:18 AM):
I see a future where Google and Apple fanboys engage in furious gang warfare on the streets of LA, whilst Microsoft fanboys sit at home, rocking, claiming they still matter.
Matt says (10:19 AM):
Yes
Matt says (10:20 AM):
I see a future where Microsoft gets bored of the competition and tries to buy Apple, gets told they can’t, buys the monopolies...
Worst. Night. Ever.
So, last night I thought it was Thursday, not Wednesday. At 10pm, rather than giving me Celebrity Juice with Holly, ITV2 gave me Bridget Jones with Renée.
As if that wasn’t bad enough, my masculinity then took a dive toward the floor as I decided to actually stay up and watch Bridget Jones until the end.

Advance Wars on your table
Andrew Tullsen, Matthew Kloth and Brandon Pennington have made a table-top version of Nintendo’s Advance Wars game, called Skirmish Wars.
It’s not trying anything fancy, which is a good thing: the beauty of Advance Wars is in its simplicity, not its 400-page rulebook. It’s content to simply transfer the video game to a board game setting, then, along with some beautiful new...
Viacom sues YouTube over videos uploaded by Viacom →
Yeah, so, this makes sense.
In their opening briefs in the Viacom vs. YouTube lawsuit (which have been made public today), Viacom and plaintiffs claim that YouTube doesn’t do enough to keep their copyrighted material off the site.
For years, Viacom continuously and secretly uploaded its content to YouTube, even while publicly complaining about its presence there. It hired no fewer than 18...
I think I've got it now...

But I haven’t got a clue what to post… This is just like Twitter isn’t it?
Yup, only bigger.
Premature Reviewing
Someone on a forum I visit was complaining that he didn’t like Bioshock 2. He had several complaints about the game (“It’s too closed in and claustrophobic. First part of the game? work out how to get out of a room.”). It turned out that he never actually got out of said first room, and was basing his entire opinion of the game on about three minutes of play. Here are some...
Homosexual Feline Face Off!
I had a great idea for a web app the other day. I was going to get pictures of camp-looking cats from around the Internet, display them randomly two at a time and let users click on which one looked most ‘extravagant’. It would be all bright and sparky and simple to use, with big buttons and lots of over-the-top decoration. There would be a leader board showing the most voted-for cats....
So, er, yeah.
Hello, world.
I promise to write exciting and funny stuff. Stick around!
